How Enrollment Works

Collect – Online Resources receives account data, parses it, and then stores it in a secure database.

Authenticate and Access – After secure authentication via Web or IVR, your customer has complete access to enroll, view or hear the billing amounts, and make payments.

Process – Payments are batched and processed daily, with credit cards authorized in real-time.

Settle & Notify – Payments are settled to your account(s), and remittance information is provided to your accounts receivable system in your specific lockbox format. Customers receive an email notification when billing data is available to view and pay, or when a payment is processed.

Store – Data in our secure data center is accessible online via the Client Console for reporting, reconciliation, payment administration, and customer profile updating.
